Glow in the Dark Powder (SL Group)
The Glow Powders in this group are cream in color, but glow either green or light blue. This group can be used in both water based and solvent based mediums.

 Smallest particle size with the lowest intensity. This particle size is suitable for the production of glow thread and fibre and other products which require very fine particle grains.
10-40 um
300 - 400 mesh
 This particle size is suitable for spray painting and silk screen printing
50-85 um
200 mesh

Largest particle size with the highest intensity. Suitable for brush painting, dipping, glass and plastic molding.
  1. Glow in the Dark Powder comes in different grades as indicated by the column marked "CODE".
  2. Grades here are used to determine the overal brightness and length of glow for each powder.
  3. Minumum order quantity is 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds)

Notes:

  1. Take Note of the "Normal Color" of Grades 1 to 4.
  2. Grades 1 and 2 have a slightly yellowish tint, while grades 3 and 4 are cream.
  3. Glow time and intensity is not equal for all types and depends on the powder grade and particle size.
  4. This group of pigments can be divided into 2 types.
    • Solvent Based Type
    • Water Based Soluable Type (as indicated by the letter 'W')
  5. Price difference lies in the grade of powder and particle size.
  6. There are 4 grades and they are Grades '1', 2', '3' and '4'
  7. Grade '4' has the lowest intensity with a glow time of around 6 hours and
    Grade '1' is the brightest with a glow time of at least 15 hours.
  8. Glow time is given as based on our tests. Actual glow time may vary, as performance of this product is dependant on environmental conditions like temperature and lighting conditions.
